It is written each night from what the Stack reads; a quarter's last day is fixed once that quarter's filings are in. Grades: A, a primary source states the units at a date; B, a primary source states a value from which the units follow by a stated rule; C, the holder states it and nobody checks it; D, inferred outside primary sources, as its line says.
