Methodology descriptive · CX1 Q2a

What it measures. Bitcoin-secured dollar debt over realised cap: the value of all bitcoin at the price each coin last moved.

Read with care. Debt is what the credit tree read on each date, so coverage steps move it.

Licence. Realised value prices each coin at the day it last moved; for coins created before 2020-07-13 that price comes from CoinGecko. The series is for free, attributed use only, and is never resold or redistributed in bulk.

Sample. One credit cycle, from 2022-09-19, so it is observational. A descriptive series: not an index, not a forecast and not a signal. Every published version is kept and can be read as known on any date (as_known_on).
