4. What this notice covers
The Bitcoin Credit Stack is a data publication edited by Aletheia Analytics. It is reached through three surfaces:
- the site www.bitcoincreditstack.com;
- the REST API api.bitcoincreditstack.com;
- the MCP server mcp.bitcoincreditstack.com/mcp.
All three surfaces are read-only. None prepares, signs or broadcasts a transaction; Aletheia Analytics holds no one's funds and receives no mandate. What is published is information: it is not advice, a recommendation or an offer.
Reading the site is free. Some answers of the API and the MCP server may be paid beyond a free allowance, under the terms of sale.
5. The Gavel protocol
The Bitcoin Credit Stack shows the Gavel protocol as one venue among the others. The Gavel protocol was written by Jamie Frame personally and is published under the MIT licence; Aletheia Analytics did not create it. Aletheia Analytics holds positions on the Gavel protocol and therefore has a commercial interest in it. This is stated on Gavel's row, on its page and in every machine answer about it.
Aletheia Analytics also edits the thegavel.io interface and data products about the Gavel protocol; these are governed by their own documents, published on thegavel.io.
6. Intellectual property, licence and credits
The terms for reusing the data are in the data licence published on this site. Values that rest on a third-party provider may be reused on that provider's terms, and the provider is named with each value; the list of providers, their status and the credit each asks for are on the "Credits and sources" page.
