Each coin priced at the BTC price of the UTC day it was created: the on-chain fixing from 2020-07-13, CoinGecko's daily price before (attributed; free surfaces only; never in sold or bulk files). attrs.coingecko_share is the part of the value resting on CoinGecko. Coins created before 2010-07-17 have no price and count at zero. USD is fiat for CoinGecko-priced days and the on-chain basket dollar (median of independent stablecoin issuers) from 2020-07-13, as in chain_indicators. Day-granular.
